Certified ITIL 4, CSA, CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, and some SN micro-certifications. 
Volunteering in ESG and CSR activities. 

Fluenty speaking Czech and English with considerable knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. In 2023 relocated from Prague to Portugal.
